Me: Hello! I’m Eyo and welcome back to my little interview/survey! Here we ask questions and explore into the minds of some of the characters which exist in the Kuroitenshi saga! Today, with us, we have everyone’s favourite thunder dragon: Erin! Welcome to the show, Erin!
Erin: *nods her head* Thank you, it’s nice to be here today
Me: It’s nice to have you on the show! Now you’re a member of the Dragon Council, which is the opposing side to the Dark Council, am I right?
Erin: Yes, that’s correct.
Me: Can you explain that?
Erin: Alright, where would you like me to begin?
Me: Well, for starters, what are the Dragon and Dark Councils?
Erin: Well, the best way to describe the Dragon Council is a society formed so dragons and dragon allies can come together with a sense of purpose. The Dark Council has basically the same idea, allowing daemons and daemon allies to join their group… And I have to say, even though the Dragon Council refuses to admit it, our group was actually founded on many principals from the Dark Council.
Me: The Dark Council came first?
Erin: Yes, by a few thousand years. They started off as being a group of daemons who went around ensuing chaos, however, they changed their style, and are now basically a gathering of daemons coming together for a purpose, like the Dragon Council.
Me: But aren’t all daemons evil?
Erin: Not exactly. Daemons are daemons because they are born that way. Youkai are perceived as evil, but most of them really aren’t that bad. The creature most effecting the stereotype is the mazoku, which is a daemon made of purely dark energy. Sometimes a mazoku can be corrupted by purity, causing it to act with kindness, but over all, mazoku are just plain evil.
Me: Ah, I see… So, what types of things go on in the Dragon Council?
Erin: I’m sorry, that’s classified information.
Me: Oh.. Well, anyway, let’s start off with the basics:
Erin: Alright.

Just call me Erin. I don’t have a last name

Um… Let’s just say old…

When are you introduced into the Kuroitenshi story?
During the Dark Council arc, when you first meet the Dragon Council. Then I come back later somewhere in the middle of the Mercenary arc.
Where were you born?
I was born to a nomadic family of storm dragons near the Andrea Mountains, so I could have been born anywhere in that area
Me: “Storm dragons?”
Erin: It’s a classification of dragon, and there are three subcategories: Thunder, Blizzard, and Rain. Obviously, each one controls it’s name element.. Storm dragons tend to stay together, unlike other dragons, who usually like to be on their own.
Me: ah, I see
Tell us about your parents.
My mother was very sweet, shy, and humble. I loved her dearly!.. My father was an outrageous playboy who ended up getting my mother pregnant.
Do you have any siblings?
I have a half sister, named Ericka; She’s a blizzard dragon. Dragon women usually have more dominant genes than men, so a child will tend to be of the mother’s race than the fathers.
Hair and Eye Colour?
Metallic dark blue hair and dark steel blue eyes

What is your favourite colour?
More of the darker colours like black, grey, and dull, dark blues and purples and greens
Do you have any scars or tattoos?
I have the tattoo of the Dragon Council on the back of my shoulder. It basically looks like a stylized egg with two claws reaching out from inside. Everyone who joins the Council receives this tattoo. I also have a tattoo of different coloured spirals encircling each other all the way down my arm.
Do you wear jewelry?
A bit, actually.. I have rows of earrings down both sides my ears. The right side has silver stud earrings varying in size, and two small ear cuffs near the top; and the left side has mostly hoops, two studs, and an ear cuff, half an inch in length. The lobes have just two regular studs in them. I also wear two armbands on my left arm, two silver bracelets on each wrist, and a silver ankh pendant which I rarely ever take off... I like silver *shy smile*
What do you wear during the day?
Mostly sleeveless shirts, and a comfortable pair of black jeans. Everything looks good with black!
What do you wear at night?
I have a night shirt, and a robe if someone comes in unexpected. I wouldn’t want to look indecent, now would I?
And of course, we have to ask: Boxers or Briefs?

What are some of your pet Peeves?
People rushing into something without a plan… That has to be my biggest.. And then there are people who talk to much and don’t shut up, perverts, and that clicky noise that retractable pens make! I hate that sound!
Do you have any fighting abilities?
I’m a thunder dragon, so I’m highly skilled at thunder and lightning spells, and some wind spells as well. And I can also fight with a bo
What Education and Training have you received?
My mother taught me most of my basic education, until I left to join the Dragon Council, where I received more teachings. As for magic, there are many teachers in the Council that help develop magic techniques and fighting skills.

Reading. I love books

I’m not really any religion. I know the gods exist and that’s good enough for me

Me: Sounds interesting. What’s it about?
Erin: It’s about a young girl in a small mountainous village who’s affected by an evil spirit, which was accidentally released when a group of miners dig too far into a cavern. The story is basically about her decent into darkness and madness. It’s a very interesting story.
What type of sports do you like?
I don’t play sports, I just know how to fight
What’s your favorite type of music?
I lean more towards the classical than anything.. But I also do like classic rock
What is your favourite instrument?
The clarinet
What is your favorite possession and why?
My ankh necklace: It’s my talisman.

Books or people. People can be pretty amusing sometimes

Me: I’ve noticed that you have a string of symbols carved all the way down your bo. Do they mean anything?
Erin: Actually, those symbols are an ancient dragon text for a very powerful spell. I am one of only a handful of people who can properly cast it.
Me: Wow! That’s amazing!
Erin: *smiles* Thank you

Erin: A fire dragon I used to work with in the Dragon Council

*eyes cloud and looks distant* ………….

Erin: yeah…*runs a hand through her hair* I’m fine…

Erin: *sighs* It was a few years after I had joined the Dragon Council.. I was still fairly low ranking at the time, and Six was in charge of me. One day, I did something which I’d rather not say… It was really bad, and I knew that I would be kicked out of the Dragon Council permanently because of it.. so I didn’t tell anyone… But Six found out, somehow. He told me that he knew what I did, and.. and that if I didn’t do what he wanted me to do, then he would tell the head council members and get me expelled for life…. I was scared… and didn’t want to leave the Council!.........*almost shaking* so I complied….. *lowers her head*
Me: *rubs her shoulder* it’s okay…
Erin: *shrugs her hand off* No it’s not!… *runs her hand through her hair to rake the bangs out of her face and looks at me* He ended selling me to other Council members for sex and money! Everyday I had to be repeatedly tortured and violated by disgusting, vulgar perverts!! Day after day and there was nothing I could do about it!! I was a fucking goddamn whore!!! *puts her head in her hands begins to weep*
Me: ……… I think we should cut the interview right here… *motions to the camera man*
Erin: *peaks out from under a slew of metallic hair and sniffles* what for?
Me: Well.. you just look like you might not be able to continue the interview….
Erin: *sits up and wipes her eyes repeatedly* No… You don’t have to stop the interview just on my sake!
Me: Bit it’s your interview.. of course it’s for your sake
Erin: Too bad! I’m not going to make you stop just because I started to cry! I’m really sorry..
Me: Erin, you don’t have to do this if you don’t want to…
Erin: *sniffles and wipes her eyes some more while trying to recompose herself* No, it’s fine.. Go on…
Me: Are you sure?
Erin: I said I was fine! *runs her hand through her hair again* Continue…
Me: *sighs* .. Alright….. So.. what ever happened to Six?
Erin: *sniffles* …Maria, my old best friend, who was higher in rank than him at the time decided to get even for me and blackmailed him too. She said that if he ever tried anything with me again, that she’d kill him. So he left me alone for awhile.. I ended up climbing high up the ranks pretty quickly, without that... horrible business getting in my way. But one day, he came back to me saying that he wanted me back.. I was so mad! I punched him away and we began to fight right there! Some people who were watching intervened and dragged us apart. Six started screaming and threatening to tell everyone my secret and get me expelled! I ended up getting suspended for 3 months for fighting a higher ranking member (he was only one rank up from me, but the rules are still rules). I was terrified! I nearly broke down in front of Maria! I’m usually very calm under pressure, but this was just too much! I couldn’t deal with it!... Maria just shushed me and told me that everything was going to be alright… The next day, Six was found with his tongue and throat ripped out and his ribcage was crushed. Even though she’s never admit to me, I know she’s the one who killed him

Erin: *sniffles* I feel much better now that I’ve said that… *weak smile*
Me: Well, that’s good…. do you want to stop?
Erin: *little laugh, wipes her eye* hell no!
Me: heh.. alright.. If you insist…
